Agua Blanca

Less than a half an hour east of Puerto, Agua Blanca is known for its beachfront palapas, serving fresh fish and, from September to March, lobster and oysters caught off of the rocks. Agua Blanca is good for surfing but not for swimming, except for a few days in November and December. It is, however, a great beach for lying in the tide pools between the rocks. It’s where local families go with their small children to play in the water. Take Highway 200 to the Agua Blanca turnoff.
