El Adoquín
Every evening between 6 pm and 10 pm the Adoquín — the walkway above Playa Principal — comes alive. Tourists buy souvenirs from sidewalk vendors, and local youths stop for a beer with friends and watch the passing scene. No trip to Puerto Escondido is complete without a stroll down the Adoquín.
